We power businesses that power the gig economy.™
Recruiting software that’s as flexible as the flexible workforce.
What’s in a name?
Crelate – Pronounced /krēˈlāt/
The heart of recruiting is relationship building. Our name reflects this belief.
Create + Relationships = Crelate
Never stop improving
Listen, create, repeat. It’s simple to say, but hard to do. We take pride in our ability to bring an iterative, consultative and empathic approach to product development and delivery. We have a relentless passion for improvement and we’re always looking to what customer challenges we can tackle next.
Be flexible by default
Talent management is fluid and collaborative by nature – we build software that reflects this belief. We let you skips steps, go back, change your mind and fill things in later. We’re known to say that if you can’t turn it off, it’s not a feature. If there are rules to enforce and processes to follow; they need be your rules and processes, not ours.
Love and listen to our customers
We believe that software is only as good as the service that comes with it. We take great pride in providing personalized and quality support in every way. We also love feedback, in fact we live on it. Everybody in our company speaks with customers. Period. Our approach is to listen to what customers say they want and then build what we know they need.
Sell and price it like we’d want to buy it
Our approach to pricing is to be transparent, reasonable and fair. We know we aren’t a fit for everyone and that’s OK. We’ll tell you what we’re good at and where we’re still improving. We have a business to run, just like you. Our goal is to continually improve our product, provide amazing support and to do so at an industry leading value.
