Anyone can access our Customer Support Portal 24-hours a day. Here you can access knowledge base articles, training videos, how to guides and watch past training webinars.

Integrated walkthroughs and contextual help
The Crelate Help Bar is available throughout the Crelate web application and provides immediate access to relevant tips, how to guides and walkthrough videos. Crelate users can access the Help Bar at any time by clicking on the orange Help button in the lower left corner of your Crelate screen.
