What it does
- Two-way sync — updates made in either Crelate or Monday.com flow to the other (inbound, outbound, or bi-directional, configurable per sync job).
- Maps to your real boards — Crelate records become Monday items on a board you choose, and your Crelate fields map to Monday columns. Available boards and columns are pulled live from your account, so mappings match your actual setup.
- Handles the fields Monday teams actually use — text and long-text, email, phone, dates, checkboxes, dropdown/status columns, numbers, and location.
- No-code configuration — pick a board, map your columns, set a schedule, and let Crelate keep things in sync. Optional filters let you sync only the items you want.
Requirements
- Crelate Data Sync Framework — this integration runs on Crelate’s secure, scheduled sync engine (encrypted credentials, automatic retries, per-run audit logging), which must be enabled for your organization.
- Professional Services engagement — setup, board/field mapping, and sync configuration are done with Crelate Professional Services to ensure your boards and data flow correctly from day one.
