Crelate is excited to announce that Gianna Summa has joined our growing team as a Customer Success Specialist. Gianna has previously worked for Celedon Partners and is now making the transition to Crelate. Gianna’s primary duties will include software quality assurance and customer support.

Crelate takes great pride in our ability to consistently, professionally, and quickly on-board new customers, as well as continue to provide superior training and support beyond just on-boarding. We are fortunate to be able to add Gianna to our growing team.

In her free time Gianna enjoys live music, traveling, and playing racquetball.

When asked about her move to Crelate Gianna said, “With seven years of experience in customer service, and working the past year in operations for Celedon, I’ll work to combine my skills and experience so I can provide positive customer experiences for all of the professional recruiters that are a part of Crelate.” She also added, “I am always trying to improve my skills and eager to learn and grow as a team member at Crelate.”
