Crelate is happy to announce that Tim Keckler has joined our team to serve as a Customer Success Specialist. Tim’s primary duties will include software quality assurance and customer support. When asked about his move to Crelate Tim noted, “For the last 10 years, I have worked in retail management and always focused my teams on the customer experience, and putting the customer’s needs first. I am excited to put my customer service skills and knowledge to work when onboarding, training, and supporting the growing list of Crelate customers.”
In his spare time Tim is a musician and a self-proclaimed health nut–holding several certifications in the health and fitness industry as well as being a certified personal trainer.
